Darrell ("Bill") Fay has his Masters in Cannabis from the Cannabis Training University out of Denver, Colorado in 2019. Two years later, he earned his diploma from the Elevated Learning Academy out of Calgary, Alberta and is now one of British Columbia's first Metis Cannabis Health Specialists.
